Our clients consist of public (local, State and Federal) and private (residential, commercial and industrial development) entities, as well as engineering, architectural and surveying firms, and mitigation bankers, among others. At any given time S&EC may have 250 or more active projects at varying stages of work. Our professional staff routinely works on a wide variety of projects across a broad range of fields.

Project teams typically consist of a mix of staff from various disciplines tailored to the specific needs of the individual project. In this process we not only pair the appropriate professional skills and experience to meet project needs but we also expose our staff to a wide breadth of projects, thereby allowing them to gain valuable experience which then allows us to provide even better service to our customers in the future.
